i'm so excited! i got page 5 done also! i'm slowly getting caught up i think! this prompt was about advent calendars. ones from your childhood. ones from now or if you even know what

an advent calendar is. the artistic challenge was put the date on your journal in a creative way.

i guess you can't see my "days left" tag. it's under the journaling. it's a card i found that said 21 on it with a diamond in the middle. i hand wrote, "days left, i think"

i had fun with this one and just went with whatever came to mind. it went a lot quicker than the last page did!

the journaling reads, "hmmm... advent calendars. i guess i don't remember having "one" specific calendar when i grew up. i remember paper chains and cutting off mini candy canes. i was probably one of those kids that just always asked, "is it christmas yet?"

now as an adult i don't have "1" specific calendar i love. it's changed every few years and some years there wasn't one.

i guess i'm always trying to think of a way to get more time and not count it down!
